How long does it take for Boatsales.com.au to be published?
Once pegboard has has successfully pushed the boats info to boat sales it takes 30 minutes to published the boat to Autogate and onto the boatsales website. 
Why can't I see the boat on Boatsales.com.au?
If the boat hasn't been published 30 minutes after pegboard successfully pushed the data, the dealer can check Autogate for errors. On the dashboard of Autogate you will see how many listings are unpublished and link to view them. Autogate will display error message why it can't publish the boat such as invalid/missing mode, missing prices, etc.
How to fix and match models with Boatsales.com.au/Autogate database?
One of the errors in publishing boats to boatsales.com.au is when the models don't match with boatsales database.
Example:
4 stocks were processed
3 could not be matched
The system couldn't find the model (E.g Stock Number 460C)
New makes and models can be requested by simply following the steps below:
1) Login to Autogate and navigate to ‘Inventory’.
2) Select the blue ‘Add Item’ button.
3) Click the ‘Help! I can’t find my item’ button on the right hand corner.
4) A box will appear where you can enter the information and specifications you wish to have added to the system.
5) Click ‘Submit’.
6) The Redbook Team will contact you when this has been added.
