The Security page grants Users with specific roles the ability to edit their account details. The portal supports the following user roles:
- Store Admin – This role allows users to manage both Online Orders and Store Orders, as well as add, edit, and lock other users within the portal.
- Store User – Users with this role can manage Online Orders and Store Orders but do not have permission to manage other users in the portal.
The Store Admin has the ability to update account details for both their own account and other users' accounts. They can modify user roles, switching between Admin and User, as well as update names, email addresses, and account status (active or inactive). However, the Admin does not have the ability to change other users' passwords.
