Dealers Settings

The My Profile page allows the Dealer Admin and Dealer User to manage their account settings and preferences.

To access the settings, click on the circular icon located at the upper-right corner of the website. A drop-down menu will appear.

Click the My Profile button to manage your portal settings. Edit your name and email in User Details and manage your preferences in the Leads & Task Settings and Notification Settings.

Meanwhile, there is a difference in how the Dealer Admin and Dealer User manage the settings in the Dealer Settings section.

If your role is Dealer Admin, you can manage how leads are viewed and allocated to the Dealer User.

For Dealer Admin roles:

  • If you tick the "Only notify Dealer Admin users of new leads" button, only the Dealer Admin receives an email notification when a new lead is generated. Dealer Users will not receive any email notifications.
  • If you tick the "Only Dealer Admin users can reallocate leads" button, the Dealer Admin will be the only one authorized to allocate leads to Dealer Users. The Dealer Users will not be able to allocate the leads they are currently handling to other users.
  • If you tick the "Only show leads allocated to respective users" button, the Dealer Admin restricts Dealer User from viewing and editing leads not allocated to them. The Dealer User can only view and edit leads assigned to them by the Dealer Admin. Additionally, the Dealer User won't be able to view the graphs that the Dealer Admin can see on the Dashboard

NOTE: Only the Dealer Admin can toggle these buttons. Dealer User/s do not have permission to modify these settings.

Save any changes you've made by clicking on the Save Changes button.
