Here is a guide to help you know what the each lead category means:
Category | Description |
Leads In | When a new lead is received. |
Contact Made | When a conversation and agreement has been made to quote. |
Quote Sent | When a quote is generated and sent with the discussed value. |
Customer Accepted | When the quote meets the need of the customer and has indicated acceptance of deal. |
Deal Won | When the deal has been closed and waiting on deposit. |
Nurture | Follow up X months later. |
Recycle | - |
Type | Description |
All Active | All leads that are currently active (Leads In, Contact Made, Quote Sent, Customer Accepted). |
My Active | All active leads that are referred to the current logged in user. |
All Closed | All leads that are closed (Deal Won, Nurture, Recycle). |
My Closed | All closed leads that are referenced to the current logged in user. |
