What do the Lead Categories Mean?

Here is a guide to help you know what the each lead category means:


CategoryDescription
Leads InWhen a new lead is received.
Contact MadeWhen a conversation and agreement has been made to quote.
Quote SentWhen a quote is generated and sent with the discussed value.
Customer AcceptedWhen the quote meets the need of the customer and has indicated acceptance of deal.
Deal WonWhen the deal has been closed and waiting on deposit.
NurtureFollow up X months later.
Recycle

Type 
Description
All ActiveAll leads that are currently active (Leads In, Contact Made, Quote Sent, Customer Accepted).
My ActiveAll active leads that are referred to the current logged in user. 
All ClosedAll leads that are closed (Deal Won, Nurture, Recycle). 
My ClosedAll closed leads that are referenced to the current logged in user.
